To make it happen, my goal is to evolve the manufacturing domain I’m in charge of into a world-class manufacturing unit and create a semiconductor plant with productivity, profitability, and high-quality products rivaling any other company, with safety as the number one priority.

Succeeding in becoming such a strong manufacturing unit will enable us to speedily supply analog semiconductors needed by society throughout the world at a reasonable price, and help bring convenience and comfort to society while contributing to the SDGs.
More than anything, I’ll strive to create a company where each and every employee can work with enthusiasm and is proud to boast to family and society about working at ABLIC.
